Noi kanji or Rice Porridge
Noi kanji or Rice Porridge is one of the best diet balanced food when you are having high fever, sick, stomach problems. It is also one of the Traditional food of Tamil Nadu.
Tasting Noi kanji or Rice Porridge with smacking spicy pickles and small onions is really tasty. Even Some peoples take this along with Green Chilly. Noi Kanji is also best for kids as it can be easily be digested.
This Noi kanji or Rice Porridge is best food for Delivered Mom and also her 6 months old baby.
If you think of having a rich and healthy porridge, then Parboiled Rice Porridge (Puzhungal Arisi Kanji) is the one and only best option for us.
Noi kanji
Ingredients
Par boiled rice 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 spoon
Ghee 1 spoon
Salt as per taste
Method
Grind rice into coarsely.
Take a kadai pour ghee add cumin seeds, grinded rice and sufficient water and boil in medium flame till the rice gets cooked. Consume when it is lukewarm.
Note :-
This is good if we consume when body temperature is high or having Cold.
