How to prepare Badam burfi? Recipe by Anuradha Ramaswamy
Badam burfi is one of the delicious sweet,which can be served in our houses during festivals.It is rich healthy sweet,which is yummy in taste.
Badam 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee as required
Cardamom powder 2 pinches
Method to make Badam burfi
Soak badam for an hour and peel the skin and grind the same.
Take a kadai and add sugar and little water, allow it to boil until you get thick syrup.
Now add the grinded badam, mix well and start adding ghee little and keep on stirring constantly.
Whenever the ghee get observed add again little by little. Once the raw smell goes add cardamom and mix well.
Keep stirring and when it stops sticking in sides remove from heat and spread in the greased plate and spread well.
After a minute cut into shapes and serve.
