Thukkada|Namakpara
Thukkada|Namakpara is a simple spicy Maida/wheat flour chips, which is very hot,crunchy and spicy snack.It is very simple to prepare and serve in sessions.
Thukkada|Namakpara is a spicy wheat flour chips, which is very simple yet crunchy and spicy snack.It is a simple and easy snack you could make quickly and yet a perfect crunchy snack for diwali. This snack is very easy to make and the taste is also very yummy. This yummy snack does not need any expertise. All we need to know is to make diamond shapes. We can make this snack and store it in air tight container and have it for a week also.
Ingredients
Maida 1 cup
Vanaspathi 2 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Oil for fry
Method
- Take a bowl mix maida, vanaspathi, salt and make a dough, keep aside for ½ an hour.
- Heat oil in a kadai, meanwhile take lemon size dough and flatten it with the roti roller, give shapes and fry in oil and serve as evening snacks.
Note
- Alternatively you can add wheat flour instead of maida if you are health conscious.
- Can add carom seeds and chilli powder to get different taste
