Supreme court Order verdict Sasikala and her relatives against in DA case. The judges order for 4 years Jail terms and 10 crore fine against the 21 years old disproportionate assets case .

The Supreme Court judgment on Tuesday(14.02.2017) dealt a huge blow to VK Sasikala’s political ambitions, ruling her out of electoral politics for at least 10 years. The ruling which has implications for Tamil Nadu virtually ended the 61-year-old’s political career before it even took off.

The apex court restored in toto the judgment and findings of a trial court in Bengaluru, which had initially held guilty all the accused, including Sasikala’s two relatives, VN Sudhakaran and Elavarasi.

Directed Sasikala, Sudhakaran and Elavarasi to surrender

The two-judge bench comprising Justices PC Ghose and Amitava Roy directed Sasikala, Sudhakaran and Elavarasi to surrender forthwith to the trial court in Bengaluru and serve the remaining part of a four-year jail term.
The bench said since Jayalalithaa has expired, the proceeding against her is abated. The bench also declare that Sasikala found guilty in the Rs 66-crore corruption case. She faces four years in jail and has been asked to surrender immediately. Sasikala can also file a review petition against the order.
This judgment put a full stop to the political carrier of 61 years old Sasikala. Within a period of 30 days of her political carrier comes to an end. She cannot participate in any elections for next 10 years.

Her dream of becoming Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has been destroyed today. She cannot be the chief minister anymore.

The 21 years old corruption case finally comes to an end by this judgment. The judgment is welcomed by the common peoples of Tamil Nadu. They said the judgment save the peoples of Tamil Nadu from this culprit.

OPS and other ADMK members where celebrating this judgement against Sasikala. It was expected that Sasikala will surrender her self today.
